The policy of the Training and Development Organization is guided by the following fundamental

principles:

• Honesty
• Democracy
• All powers belong to the people.

The people are the masters of their own country.
Representatives in all level (central, provincial, district, communal levels) are directly elected and dismissed by the people.
No concentration of powers. There are check and balance.
Education including moral education.
